Convert Reporting Intelligence Formulas

The Convert Reporting Intelligence Formulas option allows users to convert all Reporting Intelligence formulas (for example, GXL, GXD, GEXQ, GEXD, etc.) and ProSheet formulas (for example, Account Data, Account Description, etc.) to values in the current sheet or workbook.

  1. In Excel, from the Reporting Intelligence Ribbon, select Tools > Convert SS Formulas. The Convert Reporting Intelligence Formulas panel appears.

    Starting from version 25.2, a new user interface and a caution prompt have been introduced for the Convert SS Formulas button.

  2. Click the drop-down list, and select whether to convert formulas in the current sheet or workbook.

  3. Click OK. The system converts all Reporting Intelligence formulas in the current sheet or workbook to values, and closes the panel.
