Data Replication Settings

Use Settings to manage notification, failure handling, and advanced options for replication tasks.

The Replication Settings page in Replication Tasks has two tabs: Common and Advanced.

Common

On the Common tab, configure notifications and failure handling. Select Save when done.

Email Notifications

When enabled, Data Hub sends email alerts for task events. Configure the following:

Field Description

Email addresses

Enter one or more email addresses, separated by a comma or a new line.

Notification Frequency

Choose how often notifications are sent: Immediately after a task completes, Once every day, or Once every week.

Auto-skip Failed Tasks

When enabled, Data Hub automatically skips a task after a set number of consecutive failures. Enter the number of consecutive failures after which the task should be skipped.

Advanced

On the Advanced tab, configure logging, import/export, and metadata. Select Save when done.

Field Description

Log Level

Choose the level of detail captured in logs: Information captures general activity such as task starts and completions, while Detailed captures in-depth diagnostic data for troubleshooting.

Import/Export

Transfer sources, targets, and replication tasks between environments. Select Import to load a configuration file (maximum 20 MB), or Export to download the current configuration.

Clear Metadata

Clears all cached metadata to refresh schema information. Select Clear Metadata to proceed. This action cannot be undone.

Connection Target

Specify primary key columns that allow null values using the format TableName.ColumnName. This allows Data Hub to handle null values correctly during incremental replication.

Select Back to Replication Tasks to return to the task list.
