Reports Center Reference
Reporting Intelligence Only
This topic describes the structure, statuses, fields, and options available in Reports Center. For task-based instructions, see Manage Reports and Schedule Reports.
Reports Center Structure
Reports Center is accessible from the left-side navigation pane under Reporting Intelligence >Reports Center. It contains the following sections:

| Schedules | Displays all report schedules as a table. Shows schedule name, frequency, and next run date. |
| Reports | Stores all uploaded reports, organized in folders across three workspaces. |
| Power BI | Stores all Power BI reports. |
Report Workspaces
Reports in Reports Center > Reports are organized into the following workspaces:

| Public Workspace | Reports that everyone on your team can view, edit, and manage. |
| My Private Workspace | Reports that only you can view, access, and manage. |
| Shared with me | Reports that other users have shared with you. |
Report Statuses
Each report in the reports list displays one of the following statuses:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Completed | The report has been run successfully. If Rules exist for business views in this report, recent Results are available on the homepage. |
| Running | The report is currently being run. |
| Pending | The report is queued and waiting to be run. |
| Failed | The report failed to run due to errors. |
Report Management Options
Each report in the list provides the following actions:

| Download Report | Downloads the report file to your local machine. |
| Additional options | Opens a menu with further actions, including opening the report in Excel Online, deleting, moving, and scheduling the report. |
Upload Report Fields
When uploading a report via Reports Center > Upload Reports, the following fields are available:

| Upload type | Select Single Report for an individual file or Multiple Reports for a ZIP archive containing multiple reports. |
| Connection | The connection to use for this report. Select from the dropdown. |
| Company name | The company associated with the report. |
| Report Name | The display name for the report in Reports Center. |
| Description | A description of the report's contents or purpose. |
Schedule Configuration Fields
When creating a schedule via Reports Center > Schedules > Create Schedule, the configuration is divided into four sections.
General
| Field | Description |

| Name | The name of the schedule. |
| Subject | The subject line used in notification emails. |
| Report Delivery Format | The file format in which the report is delivered. |
| From Name | The sender name that appears in notification emails. |
| Message | The body text of the notification email. |
| Enable Schedule | Toggle. When enabled, the software runs the selected reports at the defined time. |
| Send Notifications | Toggle. When enabled, the software sends email notifications to the users defined in the Users section. |
Reports
Select one or more reports to include in the schedule. The software runs all selected reports at the scheduled time. If no reports are available, click Add Reports.
Schedule
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Frequency | How often the schedule runs (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly). |
| Day of Week | The day on which the schedule runs. |
| Time | The time at which the schedule runs. |
| Timezone | The timezone used for the schedule time. |
| Start Date | The date from which the schedule becomes active. |
| End Date | The date after which the schedule stops running. |
Once all fields are defined, the software displays a Schedule Summary for review before proceeding.
Users
Defines who receives email notifications when the scheduled reports complete. Click Add Users to select recipients from the user list. Users can be added individually or filtered using the search option.
Power BI Connection Fields
When configuring the Power BI connection via Reports Center > Power BI > Configure, the following fields are required:

| Tenant ID | Your organization's Azure AD tenant identifier. Found in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) > Overview. |
| Client ID | The application (client) identifier for the registered Azure AD app. Found in Azure AD > App registrations > your app > Overview. |
| Client Secret | The secret value associated with the registered Azure AD app. Found in Azure AD > App registrations > your app > Certificates & Secrets. |
| Workspace ID (Group ID) | The GUID of the target Power BI workspace. Found in the Power BI Service URL after /groups/. |

Power BI Connection Prerequisites
To configure the Power BI integration, the following prerequisites must be fulfilled:
Access to Reports Center with permissions to run reports and publish Business Views.
Power BI connection information from your organization: Tenant ID, Client ID, Client Secret, and Workspace ID.
Power BI Desktop (if building custom visuals).
A Power BI Pro Account for initial setup. Once the connection is established, users with free Power BI licenses can view shared dashboards within Reports Center.
Business View Report Requirements
Before a report can be published as a Business View, its output must have a clean, tabular structure that meets the following requirements.
Header Row
Single header row with valid, unique column names.
No blank headers, duplicates, or merged cells.
Named Range
The report must include a named range that covers:
The header row.
All data rows.
One additional blank row at the bottom.
Business Views Key Information

| Requirements | Reports must have valid header rows and named ranges. |
| Accessibility | Once published, Business Views are reusable by anyone in your organization with access. |
| Updates | Changes to report structure (columns, headers) require re-running and re-publishing the Business View. |
| Purpose | Bridge Excel-based reporting with enterprise BI capabilities. |
OData Connection Details
To connect a Business View to Power BI via an OData feed, use the following details in Power BI Desktop > Get Data > OData Feed:

| User name | The OData access token generated in Reports Center. |
| Password | Leave empty. |
Important: Access tokens are required for token-based authentication. Tokens expire and must be regenerated when needed. Store tokens securely; they cannot be displayed again after generation.
Access Token Fields
When generating an OData access token via the Platform page (Apps > User Settings > Access Tokens > Generate token), the following fields are available:

| Token name | A descriptive name to identify the integration. |
| Angles PDS | Checkbox. Must be selected to enable the OData connection for Business Views. |
