Reporting Intelligence should not be opened from within an email

In order to open a report that is contained in an email (Outlook, Lotus Notes, etc.), the file should first be saved to the local drive and then Excel should be used to open the file.

It is *not* recommended that Reporting Intelligence be opened from within an email.
