Reports Center Overview

The Reports Center is a space where you can easily access, schedule and manage your reports. You can access the Reports Center from the left-side navigation pane. The Reports Center consists of the following spaces:

  • Report Schedules
  • Reports - all uploaded reports
  • Power BI - all Power BI reports.

Reports Categories

In Reporting Intelligence >Reports Center > Reports, the software stores all uploaded reports. The reports are divided into the following categories:

  • Public Workspace - stores reports that everyone in your team can view, edit, or manage.
  • My Private Workspace - stores reports that only you can view, access and manage.
  • Shared with me - stores reports that other users have shared with you.

The Reports are are stored in folders under each category.

Reports List

You can view the Reports list in Reporting Intelligence > Reports Center > Reports. When you click Reports on the navigation pane, the software displays a secondary pane showing folders. When you click on the folder, the software displays a list of reports in this folder. The list contains reports with their statuses and management options.

There are the following statuses:

  • Completed - a report that has been run. If you've created Rules for business views in this report, you can view the recent Results on the homepage.
  • Running - a report that's being run.
  • Pending - a report that is pending run. 
  • Failed - a report that has failed to run due to errors.

To find a specific report on the list, you can use the Search option or use the available filters.

Reports Management

Each item on the list shows the following options:

  • Report status - non-editable status indicator.
  • Author
  • Date Modified
  • Actions - Additional management options, including Download, Open In Excel Online, or Schedule.

Schedules

You can schedule reports to run using the Schedules feature in Reporting Intelligence > Reports Center > Schedules. If you already have reports scheduled, they are displayed as a table. You can view details such as schedule name, schedule frequency or date of a next run. Additionally, you can use the icon to delete a schedule. If you don't have any schedules, see Schedule Reports.
